This hotel is a mixed bag - while the location is excellent with easy access to the boardwalk and beach, the rooms are a letdown with cleanliness concerns dating back decades. The service was lacking with staff more interested in personal business than assisting guests. On the upside, the view and proximity to attractions are great.

The rooms were all over the place, not just because they were dirty but because they have been dirty for a century. It was freezing at that temp.

Service was next to the other employee very obviously on a phone call with a friend and avoiding answering us. The customer service, front desk, and the manager were disappointing for the size of the motel.

The location was actually surprising and quite nice. It's really prime for boardwalk and piers with water park and amusement parks as well. Very close to boardwalk just walk across the street.

Dining was a little pricey but had plenty of room for all. Breakfast bars were available in the building.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was great for enjoying the amusement boardwalk and the proximity to Wildwood, New Jersey. The rooms, however, were disappointing with outdated furnishings and cleanliness issues. The dining options were subpar, lacking quality and variety, but the friendly service and overall convenient location made the stay somewhat enjoyable.
